The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tran was very attentive when we arrived and during our stay, she made sure we were enjoying our trip, giving us some recommendations to visit around the island, etc. We had an early checkout and Tran also arranged a breakfast box for us to bring to the airport...10 out of 10!! The location was perfect for us, a short walk and you get to the main road, full of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We hesitated between different room types, finally we chose the bungalow up the hill (this means you will be closer to the breakfast/pool area), but other type of rooms seem to be as fine as this one. We loved the outdoor shower in the bungalow!! Nice touch! The resort is not at the beach, which is very clear in the location and description and was totally fine for us since we were interested in other activities, but keep that in mind if you are looking for a beach vacation.

Everything! It is so serene being surrounded by so much greenery! It is hilly to get to the pool and dining area so be mindful if you have mobility difficulties but they provide buggy rides from the reception area up there and back. I used it countless times and I don’t have mobility troubles. So it’s a service that is definitely appreciated. We had the garden view rooms and it was amazing! Super comfortable bed and huge shower. The staff are absolutely phenomenal!! They were all so incredibly nice and very attentive. And that was all staff including housekeepers, grounds workers, guest staff and restaurant staff. It was so close to convenience stores and lots of restaurants. Short grab ride to night market. You can rent motorbikes from them and also have other rental and laundry services literally across the road. We can’t wait to come back here! Thank you Lahana for an amazing stay :)

The night market is also within walking distance and eas a highlight for the kids. I suggest getting familiar with the local free bus service also that takes you just about anywhere, especially if you want to spend a day out exploring or visiting some tourist spots. The bus stops just down the road from the resort. For our family, we found our stay here really good with a good combination of fun and excitement for the kids and enough time to also just relax by the pool.

This is one of the best accommodations we've had in Vietnam. The standard is very high, and the service is exceptional with a high personal culture which goes hand in hand with great professionalism. The room is wonderfully equipped and very spacious, which is incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by nature. The entire staff takes great care of the property and its surroundings. I’ve never encountered such friendly service anywhere else. The breakfasts are delicious and diverse, with a huge variety of options, and everything tastes amazing. The pool is fantastic, and even though the property is large, there was never a time when all the lounge chairs were occupied. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Their service was simply amazing from the moment we arrived until the moment that we left, literally standing in front of the reception area waving goodbye! They catered for our every need. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and private. The massive bathroom with outdoor hot shower a unique treat at the end of a day out on the island. The food and beverage was just superb. A delicious and comfortable breakfast to start the day. And an amazingly fresh swimming pool to cool down whenever the temperature rose - which was often.
